The Project “School for young Leaders”, project which is under the auspices of thePresident of the Republic of Macedonia, Dr. Gjorge Ivanov, has been organized for thesecond time, from 22nd August – 1st September 2011 in Hotel “Klimetica” in Ohrid.
Likewise many partner institutions and private companies the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung- office Macedonia since last year had endorsed the initiation of project. This year FESwith facilitated presents of two lectures:- M.Sc. Gerhard Reiner, Organizational and business consultant, Austria, withfocus on “Values and Leadership”- Boris Nieswand, research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for the Study ofReligious and Cultural Diversity in Göttingen (Germany) and a visiting professorat the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt/Oder (Germany), addressing theparticipants on the topic “Dilemmas of Difference in Multicultural Societies”.
The aim of this Project: Training for Leaders was stimulation of the positive values ofyoung leaders and future political, cultural, economic leaders of our country, as well asof the countries in the region and wider. Furthermore the Project: Training for Leaders,as high-standard educational centre tasked to integrate modern political, scientific andtechnological knowledge and skills, is based on respecting fundamental human values.Setting a new model for educating leaders, developing their personality and leadershipskills, thus creating sense of accountability and reaction towards everything they aresurrounded by in the area where they live and work.Please check for more detail about the Project on http://president.mk/2011-06-16-13-26-14.html
