One of the main points of focus of the work of Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung is the improvement of working relations and the social dialog, since successful communication of the involved parties is an indicator of a developed democratic society. The approach to this issue takes into account the specific situation in the country and the needs of the involved social partners. Moreover, it attempts to bring relevant information on EU legislation and practices closer to the local actors.
